Three live sessions. 30 minutes each. Curiosity and real conversations about work. Free.
Monday 16 November 2026 | 8:00, 12:30 or 17:00 GMT (UK time)
Lens Not Label is a conversational guide for managers, leaders and coaches who want to work more effectively with people who think differently, without labels, jargon or clunky models. To launch it, we’re doing something a bit different: a playful live session on Zoom where we explore real workplace conversation dilemmas with curiosity, humour and active listening instead of a script.
Your event hosts: Authors Claire Pedrick and Kim Witten, with Contributor Nathan Whitbread.

There's nothing more to do once you've signed up. On the morning of Monday 16 November we'll email you a Zoom link, and it will be on this page too. Cameras and microphones can stay off. You can type in the chat, ask questions (anonymously if you like) and vote in polls. You can join under any name you like, and you never have to speak.
Goodies: Everyone who joins live gets 20% off our Lens Not Label webinar. The Kindle version will be available for 99p / 99¢ on the day. We’ll also announce a launch-day thank-you draw where one person in each session will receive a signed copy of the book.
